Vegan pâté

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Rapeseed oil 60 g
  • Onion 200 g
  • Garlic cloves 4 pcs.
  • Parsley root 350 g
  • Frozen peas 800 g
  • Herb pepper 5 g
  • Salt 15 g
  • Garam masala or curry 10 g
  • Spinach leaves 150 g

Method:

  • In hot oil, fry diced onion and garlic.
  • Add the remaining vegetables and spices and stew covered until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Blend the vegetables and at the end add spinach.
  • Mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture into the greased baking tin.
  • Bake in the oven set to Roasting with steam / P09S for 1 hour.
  • After roasting for 1 hour, remove the pâté from the oven, let it cool down and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
