Ingredients:

- Wheat flour 500 g
- Fresh yeast 25 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Method:
- To a pot add milk and warm it up. Then add sugar and butter. Stir until all ingredients are melted. Set it aside and let it cool.
- To a bowl add crushed yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
- To a larger bowl add flour, eggs, salt and vanilla extract. Add mixed yeast with sugar and flour and previously prepared milk with melted butter and sugar.
- Knead the dough in a bowl. Cover it with a kitchen towel and set aside for 1-2 hours until the dough doubles in volume.
- Divide the risen dough into 12 equal parts and form buns.
- Place the buns in the Air Fryer and leave them for 20-30 minutes to rise.
- Set the Bake program and bake the buns for 12-15 minutes.
- Once the buns have cooled down, you may place the excess in the freezer.
- You can defrost frozen buns at any time using the Defrost program for about 15 minutes.
