Tuna steak

  • Induction hob
  • Cooking cycle: Precise grilling (200°C)
  • Fish

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Broccoli 1 pcs.
  • Fresh tuna 500 g
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper
  • Maple syrup 2 tbsp
  • Chili flakes


  • Wash the tuna carefully and cut it into slices, about 3 cm thick. Dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
  • Put the tuna slices in the marinade - maple syrup, oil, salt and pepper, chili flakes and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Turn on the grilling cycle (200°C) on your Amica induction hob and grill the tuna for 1 minute on each side for a medium-rare effect.

Broccoli purée

  • Divide the broccoli into smaller florets and boil them.
  • Leave the broccoli to cool slightly and pour out the water.
  • Blend with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.


Serve the tuna immediately after frying, placing the fish on top of the broccoli puree.
