Ingredients (serves 2)
- Broccoli 1 pcs.
- Fresh tuna 500 g
- Olive oil
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Salt and pepper
- Maple syrup 2 tbsp
- Chili flakes
Method:
- Wash the tuna carefully and cut it into slices, about 3 cm thick. Dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
- Put the tuna slices in the marinade - maple syrup, oil, salt and pepper, chili flakes and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Turn on the grilling cycle (200°C) on your Amica induction hob and grill the tuna for 1 minute on each side for a medium-rare effect.
Broccoli purée
- Divide the broccoli into smaller florets and boil them.
- Leave the broccoli to cool slightly and pour out the water.
- Blend with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Serving
Serve the tuna immediately after frying, placing the fish on top of the broccoli puree.
