Ingredients (serves 4)
- Mangos 6 pcs.
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Orange 1 pcs.
- Fresh ginger 30 g (5 cm)
- Sugar 3 tbsp
Method:
- Peel and finely dice the mango.
- In a frying pan, fry the mango with butter. After 10 minutes, add orange zest and freshly grated ginger.
- Then add sugar and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes
- Pour the mixture into jars, close tightly and pasteurize by setting Reheating and pasteurization / P03S cycle.
