Mango, orange and ginger confiture

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Mangos 6 pcs.
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Orange 1 pcs.
  • Fresh ginger 30 g (5 cm)
  • Sugar 3 tbsp


  • Peel and finely dice the mango.
  • In a frying pan, fry the mango with butter. After 10 minutes, add orange zest and freshly grated ginger.
  • Then add sugar and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes
  • Pour the mixture into jars, close tightly and pasteurize by setting Reheating and pasteurization / P03S cycle.
