Frittata with sweetcorn

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Free-range eggs 12 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red peppers 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil or butter 20 g
  • Sweetcorn approx 1 tin, 300 g
  • Goat's cheese 2 tbsp
  • Of parsley 1 bunch


  • Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Cut peppers into small cubes.
  • Heat a little olive oil or butter in a pan, add sweetcorn, fry, add peppers and fry all ingredients together.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs, add crumbled cheese.
  • Put the mixture into a small baking dish and place in the oven on the Steaming cycle / P01S for approx. 15 minutes until eggs are set.
  • Sprinkle the finished frittata with chopped parsley and serve with bread, spicy tomato sauce or yoghurt dip.
