Ingredients (serves 4)
- Free-range eggs 12 pcs.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red peppers 2 pcs.
- Olive oil or butter 20 g
- Sweetcorn approx 1 tin, 300 g
- Goat's cheese 2 tbsp
- Of parsley 1 bunch
Method:
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
- Cut peppers into small cubes.
- Heat a little olive oil or butter in a pan, add sweetcorn, fry, add peppers and fry all ingredients together.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, add crumbled cheese.
- Put the mixture into a small baking dish and place in the oven on the Steaming cycle / P01S for approx. 15 minutes until eggs are set.
- Sprinkle the finished frittata with chopped parsley and serve with bread, spicy tomato sauce or yoghurt dip.
