Ingredients (serves 4)
- Red onions 2 pcs.
- Peppers 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pcs.
- Leek green part ½
- Broccoli ½ cup
- Canned chickpeas 1 tin (without water approx. 200g)
- Rapeseed oil 5 tbsp
- Jasmine or basmati white rice 2 cups
- Sweet paprika 1 tbsp
- Curry dry spice 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Water 3 cups
Method:
- Cut vegetables into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl.
- Add rice, oil, seasoning and combine them thoroughly.
- Place them in a heatproof dish.
- Pour in the measured water and mix well.
- Cook on the Steam cooking programme / P01S cycle.
- After removing from the oven, garnish with your favourite herbs.
- We would recommend adding chives or coriander.
Chef's suggestion:
If you want, you can combine the dish with your favourite meat or replace it with smoked tofu. It will be This dish is perfect as a side dish or as a stand-alone meal.
