FIT steamed salmon with vegetables

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Salmon fillets 4 pcs.
  • Fennel ½ pcs.
  • Sweet potato 1 pcs.
  • Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
  • Courgette ½ pcs.
  • Lemon ¼ pcs.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Dill to taste


  • Cut salmon into portions and check for bones.
  • Dice or julienne the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay the vegetables on the bottom of the roasting pan, add butter and place the salmon on top.
  • Roast on the Steam Cooking / P01S cycle for 20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.

Chef's suggestion:

Roasting with simultaneous steaming at low temperatures, will keep the moisture in the fish, especially if the processing time will not take longer than 20 min. The vegetables add extra lightness to the dish.
