Homemade toastie

Ingredients:

  • French bread/baguette 1 pcs.
  • Champignons 400 g
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 ball (200 g)
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp.
  • Tomato passata 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic clove 2 pcs.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Butter 1 tbsp.

Method:

  • Wash and dry the champignons. Then cut them into slices.
  • Cut the French bread in half.
  • Spread it with garlic clove. Next, spread it with butter and passata.
  • Cover the bread with sliced mushrooms and add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with oregano or chosen mixed herbs.
  • Shred the mozzarella ball with your hands and place it on top of the toastie.
  • Put it in the Air Fryer and set the program on Toast at 200 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
