Ingredients:
- French bread/baguette 1 pcs.
- Champignons 400 g
- Mozzarella cheese 1 ball (200 g)
- Dried oregano 1 tsp.
- Tomato passata 2 tbsp.
- Garlic clove 2 pcs.
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Butter 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Wash and dry the champignons. Then cut them into slices.
- Cut the French bread in half.
- Spread it with garlic clove. Next, spread it with butter and passata.
- Cover the bread with sliced mushrooms and add salt & pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with oregano or chosen mixed herbs.
- Shred the mozzarella ball with your hands and place it on top of the toastie.
- Put it in the Air Fryer and set the program on Toast at 200 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
