Meat balls with cream sauce

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Minced pork 500 g
  • Dried parsley 2 tbsp
  • Onions 2 pcs.
  • Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs 30 g
  • Cream 250 ml
  • Salt, pepper, dill to taste

Method:

  • Chop the onion and garlic.
  • In a bowl, mix the meat with the chopped onion, garlic, parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Form small balls from the meat and put into a casserole dish. Add about 150 ml of water.
  • Set Grill + steam roasting / P08S cycle.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, add cream and meat juices. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally - for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add fresh dill, the meat balls and heat up.
