Ingredients (serves 4)
- Minced pork 500 g
- Dried parsley 2 tbsp
- Onions 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs 30 g
- Cream 250 ml
- Salt, pepper, dill to taste
Method:
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the meat with the chopped onion, garlic, parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form small balls from the meat and put into a casserole dish. Add about 150 ml of water.
- Set Grill + steam roasting / P08S cycle.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add cream and meat juices. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally - for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add fresh dill, the meat balls and heat up.
