Ingredients
- Raspberries 750 g
- Sugar 500 g
- Lemon juice (optionally) 50 ml
Method:
- Pour half of the raspberries into a pot, mix with sugar and lemon juice.
- Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until thick, then add the remaining raspberries.
- Stir the confiture gently (without damaging the raspberries), pour into jars and close them tightly.
- Place the jars in the oven on a baking tray and set the Reheating and Pasteurization / P03S cycle.
