Raspberry confiture

  • Raspberries 750 g
  • Sugar 500 g
  • Lemon juice (optionally) 50 ml


  • Pour half of the raspberries into a pot, mix with sugar and lemon juice.
  • Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until thick, then add the remaining raspberries.
  • Stir the confiture gently (without damaging the raspberries), pour into jars and close them tightly.
  • Place the jars in the oven on a baking tray and set the Reheating and Pasteurization / P03S cycle.
