Omelette with champignons, ham and chives

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

  • Champignons 10 pcs.
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 12 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Chives 2 tbsp
  • Pork ham 10 slices/150 g


  • Clean and slice the champignons.
  • Preheat the frying pan, add half the butter, champignons and fry shortly over high heat, then remove from the pan.
  • Scramble the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add half of the chopped chives.
  • Put the other half of the butter in the frying pan, pour in the eggs and fry for several seconds without stirring.
  • Before the omelet is cooked, add champignons, sliced ham and the rest of chives.
  • Place the omellete in the oven and steam on the Steaming / P01S cycle for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve with buttered toast or a bun.

Chef's suggestion:

While frying, move the egg mixture with a spatula starting from the edges of the pan towards the center, allowing the raw mixture to flow into the free spaces of the pan.
