Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- Champignons 10 pcs.
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Eggs 12 pcs.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Chives 2 tbsp
- Pork ham 10 slices/150 g
Method:
- Clean and slice the champignons.
- Preheat the frying pan, add half the butter, champignons and fry shortly over high heat, then remove from the pan.
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add half of the chopped chives.
- Put the other half of the butter in the frying pan, pour in the eggs and fry for several seconds without stirring.
- Before the omelet is cooked, add champignons, sliced ham and the rest of chives.
- Place the omellete in the oven and steam on the Steaming / P01S cycle for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with buttered toast or a bun.
Chef's suggestion:
While frying, move the egg mixture with a spatula starting from the edges of the pan towards the center, allowing the raw mixture to flow into the free spaces of the pan.
