Ingredients:
- Boneless pork loin 1 kg
- Handful of prunes
- Handful of fresh thyme
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Handful of fresh rosemary
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Clean the pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate in olive oil
- Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours
- Once ready, pierce the pork loin gently with a knife lengthwise
- Stuff the meat with prunes and butter
- Place in the air fryer and set the Air Fry cycle for 6 minutes
- Turn the meat 180 °C
- Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary
- Roast in Bake cycle at 180 °C for 25 minutes
