Juicy pork tenderloin with prunes

  • Boneless pork loin 1 kg
  • Handful of prunes
  • Handful of fresh thyme
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Handful of fresh rosemary
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Clean the pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate in olive oil
  • Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  • Once ready, pierce the pork loin gently with a knife lengthwise
  • Stuff the meat with prunes and butter
  • Place in the air fryer and set the Air Fry cycle for 6 minutes
  • Turn the meat 180 °C
  • Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary
  • Roast in Bake cycle at 180 °C for 25 minutes
