Ingredients (serves 4)
- Chicken legs or drumsticks 6-8 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- BBQ sauce 5 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate the meat for two hours in salt, sugar and your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Place the chicken in a casserole dish.
- Roast uncovered on the Poultry / P07S cycle.
- Serve the glazed chicken with caramelized vegetables, hamburger bread, cheddar cheese or white cabbage coleslaw salad.
Chef's suggestion:
Meat prepared in this way is ideal for so-called "pulled chicken". Immediately after preparation, separate the meat from the bones, add the sauce from the roasting pan, mix and serve with hamburger bread, cheddar cheese, lettuce and pickle. This dish is ideally combined with homemade chips.
