Thai chicken wings

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • Chicken wings 10 pcs.
  • Chili peppers 2 pcs.
  • Soy sauce 5 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Granulated garlic 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • Chives 1 bunch
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil 2 tsp

Method:

  • Wash chicken wings thoroughly and dry them
  • Put the wings in a bowl, add olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, freshly ground pepper, granulated garlic and baking powder
  • Mix the wings with the spices
  • Place the chicken wings in the air fryer, fry using the Air Fry 200 °C cycle for 5 minutes
  • Open the fryer and stir the wings
  • Set the fryer to the Bake 180 °C cycle and bake for 15 minutes
  • Prepare the marinade for the wings
  • In a bowl pour: soy sauce, sesame oil, honey
  • Mix everything thoroughly
  • Dip the wings in the marinade and put them back into the air fryer
  • Fry using the Air Fry 200 °C cycle for 3 minutes
  • Once ready, arrange the chicken wings on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili strips and fresh coriander
