Ingredients (serves 2):
- Chicken wings 10 pcs.
- Chili peppers 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce 5 tbsp
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Granulated garlic 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Handful of fresh coriander
- Chives 1 bunch
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil 2 tsp
Method:
- Wash chicken wings thoroughly and dry them
- Put the wings in a bowl, add olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, freshly ground pepper, granulated garlic and baking powder
- Mix the wings with the spices
- Place the chicken wings in the air fryer, fry using the Air Fry 200 °C cycle for 5 minutes
- Open the fryer and stir the wings
- Set the fryer to the Bake 180 °C cycle and bake for 15 minutes
- Prepare the marinade for the wings
- In a bowl pour: soy sauce, sesame oil, honey
- Mix everything thoroughly
- Dip the wings in the marinade and put them back into the air fryer
- Fry using the Air Fry 200 °C cycle for 3 minutes
- Once ready, arrange the chicken wings on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili strips and fresh coriander
