Gratine casserole

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Onions 2 pcs.
  • Garlic cloves 3 pcs.
  • Potatoes 800 g
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cream 30% 600 ml
  • Milk 400 ml
  • Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese 80 g

Method:

  • Finely dice onions and garlic and thinly slice peeled potatoes.
  • Fry the onion and garlic in butter.
  • Add cream and season to taste.
  • Place the potatoes in an heatproof dish and pour the warm cream sauce over them.
  • Bake until tender on the Steam cooking + Grill / P02S cycle.
  • Serve the potatoes sprinkled with grated cheese.
