Ingredients (serves 4)
- Onions 2 pcs.
 - Garlic cloves 3 pcs.
 - Potatoes 800 g
 - Butter 2 tbsp
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Cream 30% 600 ml
 - Milk 400 ml
 - Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese 80 g
 
Method:
- Finely dice onions and garlic and thinly slice peeled potatoes.
 - Fry the onion and garlic in butter.
 - Add cream and season to taste.
 - Place the potatoes in an heatproof dish and pour the warm cream sauce over them.
 - Bake until tender on the Steam cooking + Grill / P02S cycle.
 - Serve the potatoes sprinkled with grated cheese.
