Ingredients (serves 4)
- Turkey breast 1 pcs. (1.2 kg)
- Mix of Mediterranean spices e.g.oregano, basil
- Thyme 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Bunch of parsley leaves ½
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Parsley bunch 1 pcs.
Method:
- Marinate the turkey in spices and butter. Set aside in the refrigerator preferably for 24 hours.
- Put the meat with the marinade into a sleeve and roast on the Tender meat at low temperature / P05S cycle for 120 minutes.
- After roasting, place the meat on a plate. Serve hot as a roast or cold for sandwiches.
Chef's suggestion:
Roasting with simultaneous steaming at low temperatures does not dry out the meat. To make a sauce, add a little cream, salt and pepper at the end of the roasting cycle. The addition of steamed vegetables (carrots, parsley, leek, celery, broccoli) will also make a good accompaniment to the dish.
