Slow-cooked turkey roast with garlic and parsley

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Turkey breast 1 pcs. (1.2 kg)
  • Mix of Mediterranean spices e.g.oregano, basil
  • Thyme 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
  • Bunch of parsley leaves ½
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Parsley bunch 1 pcs.


  • Marinate the turkey in spices and butter. Set aside in the refrigerator preferably for 24 hours.
  • Put the meat with the marinade into a sleeve and roast on the Tender meat at low temperature / P05S cycle for 120 minutes.
  • After roasting, place the meat on a plate. Serve hot as a roast or cold for sandwiches.

Chef's suggestion:

Roasting with simultaneous steaming at low temperatures does not dry out the meat. To make a sauce, add a little cream, salt and pepper at the end of the roasting cycle. The addition of steamed vegetables (carrots, parsley, leek, celery, broccoli) will also make a good accompaniment to the dish.
