Ingredients (serves 4)
- Rapeseed oil 60 g
- Onion 200 g
- Garlic cloves 4 pcs.
- Parsley root 350 g
- Frozen peas 800 g
- Herb pepper 5 g
- Salt 15 g
- Garam masala or curry 10 g
- Spinach leaves 150 g
Method:
- In hot oil, fry diced onion and garlic.
- Add the remaining vegetables and spices and stew covered until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Blend the vegetables and at the end add spinach.
- Mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the mixture into the greased baking tin.
- Bake in the oven set to Roasting with steam / P09S for 1 hour.
- After roasting for 1 hour, remove the pâté from the oven, let it cool down and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
