Ingredients:
- Pork neck 1 kg
- Olive oil 4 tbsp.
- Garlic clove 2 pcs.
- Fresh thyme sprig 1 pcs.
- Fresh rosemary sprig 1 pcs.
- Salt & pepper add to taste
- Dried sweet paprika 2 tsp.
- Dried onion 1 tsp.
- Dried oregano 1 tsp.
Method:
- Wash the meat thoroughly and dry it.
- Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
- Place garlic, olive oil, all herbs and condiments in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Cut the neck pork into slices.
- Place them in the bowl, cover thoroughly in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- Place the meat into Air Fryer.
- Set the Roasting program to 180°C for 20 minutes.
