Ingredients (serves 4)
- Free-range eggs 4 pcs.
- Butter 2tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives 2tbsp
Method:
- Grease small bowls with butter, crack one egg into each, season with salt and pepper.
- Steam in the oven on the Steam / P01S cycle for approx. 10 minutes.
- Serve the eggs with toast or a butter bun.
Chef's suggestion:
We can adjust the length of steaming to get your favourite consistency. We recommend that the yolk is runny.
