Mac and cheese - American casserole

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Onions 2 pcs.
  • Garlic cloves 3 pcs.
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • 30% cream 450 ml
  • Milk 400 ml
  • Elbow macaroni 300 g
  • Cheddar / Mozzarella cheese 80 g
  • Salt, pepper to taste 80g

Method:

  • Dice onion and garlic finely.
  • Fry the onion and garlic in butter.
  • Pour in cream and milk, season to taste. Heat gently but do not bring it to a boil.
  • Pour dry pasta into a heatproof dish and then add warm cream sauce.
  • Season to taste with grated cheese.
  • Bake on the Steam + Grill / P02S cycle.
