Ingredients (serves 4)
- Onions 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- Butter 2 tbsp
- 30% cream 450 ml
- Milk 400 ml
- Elbow macaroni 300 g
- Cheddar / Mozzarella cheese 80 g
- Salt, pepper to taste 80g
Method:
- Dice onion and garlic finely.
- Fry the onion and garlic in butter.
- Pour in cream and milk, season to taste. Heat gently but do not bring it to a boil.
- Pour dry pasta into a heatproof dish and then add warm cream sauce.
- Season to taste with grated cheese.
- Bake on the Steam + Grill / P02S cycle.
