Ingredients (serves 4)
- Red onion 100 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Green peppers 300 g
- Red or black beans 300 g
- Black lentils, pre-soaked 200 g
- Tinned corn 250 g
- Oil 200 g
- Smoked paprika 30 ml
- Sweet paprika 5g
- Cumin 5g
- Tinned diced tomatoes 15g
- Water 400 g
- Oregano 100 g
- Salt and black pepper 3 g
Method:
- Chop onion and garlic.
- Cut peppers into large cubes.
- Drain the beans, lentils and corn. Do not rinse them.
- Pour oil into the pot, fry onions, add garlic and peppers. Fry for 3 minutes stirring.
- Add the spice mix, lentils and tomatoes with the marinade. Add a little water if necessary.
- Finally, throw in the beans and corn.
- Place the chili sin carne with lentils in the oven and cook until tender on the Grill + Roasting with steam / P08S cycle.
