Pizza (Pinsa Romana)

Dough ingredients

  • Wheat pizza flour type 00 200 g
  • Water 100 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Fresh yeast 2 g


  • Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ ball
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Basil


  • Onions, bacon, mushrooms, salami


  • Transfer all the ingredients to a planetary mixer and mix until ready
  • Place the prepared dough into a bowl, cover with foil and leave in a fridge overnight
  • On a flour-dusted pastry board, roll out the dough to the size of your deep fryer container and place the content in a bin
  • Bake using the Baking cycle for 4 minutes
  • Turn the prepared dough and bake for 8 minutes
  • Open the fryer, brush the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese
  • Optionally you can add: mushrooms, salami
  • Bake for 3 minutes
  • Transfer the pizza to a plate, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil
