Ingredients:
Dough ingredients
- Wheat pizza flour type 00 200 g
- Water 100 ml
- Salt 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Fresh yeast 2 g
Pizza
- Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese ½ ball
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Basil
Optional
- Onions, bacon, mushrooms, salami
Method:
- Transfer all the ingredients to a planetary mixer and mix until ready
- Place the prepared dough into a bowl, cover with foil and leave in a fridge overnight
- On a flour-dusted pastry board, roll out the dough to the size of your deep fryer container and place the content in a bin
- Bake using the Baking cycle for 4 minutes
- Turn the prepared dough and bake for 8 minutes
- Open the fryer, brush the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese
- Optionally you can add: mushrooms, salami
- Bake for 3 minutes
- Transfer the pizza to a plate, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil
