Ingredients (serves 4)
- Mixed vegetables - we recommend Brussels sprouts, carrots,
- parsley, broccoli, cauliflower 500 g
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp
- Butter 40 g
- Milk 300 ml
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Prepare vegetables, peel and cut them into small dices.
- Melt butter in a pan, add flour and fry over a low heat, stirring continuously.
- Add milk and stir vigorously to avoid lumps.
- Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
- Transfer the vegetables to a heatproof dish, pour in the hot sauce and bake on the Steam cooking / P01S cycle until the sauce is lightly brown.
